Dimensions’ Discover is a service for young people with learning disabilities and young people who experience autism.
Discover offers a range of opportunities for 14-19 year olds who are in, or approaching transition.
What do we do?
Our aim is to inspire young people and to help them prepare for the next stage of their lives. Using person-centred thinking skills, we shape services to suit the individual’s needs, skills and interests. We support young people to explore volunteering and work opportunities, develop new skills and learn about citizenship and community inclusion.
We also provide services for families to help them support their son or daughter through transition. For more information about each service, use the menu on the left.
