There are lots of different exercises you can do at home. Some organisations are giving online classes too, which can be fun. Here are some free guides for you to use.

Do some gardening or housework

Gardening and housework are both great ways to get moving.

Washing the pots, hoovering and tidying up can help you get some exercise.

Mowing the lawn, tidying up the flowerbeds and potting plants can help you get some exercise.

Sing

Put your favourite music on and sing! You don’t need a microphone and it can be a great way to improve your mood.

Dance with DanceSyndrome

Dancing is easy and helps keep you fit and happy! You can put your favourite songs on and dance, or you can follow an online class with DanceSyndrome.

DanceSyndrome are a group of dance artists who have learning disabilities, autism and other disabilities. They are also Learning Disability and Autism Leaders on the Leaders’ List 2019.
