An Artistic Collaboration

In January, Outreach 3Way worked in partnership with Manor Green College to collaboratively produce a piece of artwork.

Manor Green is a local college for teenagers with learning disabilities, and has fantastic art facilities.

Three people who attend our day centre worked with Sally Deakin, the college’s further education art teacher, over three workshops hosted by the College.

The group began with smaller solo pieces and then worked together on the final piece.  They enjoyed learning new artistic processes such as collage, printing and self-portraits..

We are really looking forward to seeing further collaborative work in the summer that is planned onsite at Outreach 3Way!
