In addition to publishing our gender pay gap, Dimensions has this year chosen to research and publish an ethnicity pay gap report.
Critically, both reports show that there is no evidence of differences in pay for colleagues working in the same role.
Because most roles on our leadership group, executive team and board are now occupied by women, our gender pay gap is likely to be negative when next assessed.
However, because proportionally fewer BAME colleagues occupy these senior roles than across the wider organisation, our ethnicity pay gap is positive.
We have taken major strides towards tackling this imbalance in the past two years resulting in more ethnic diversity across our leadership roles than ever before. Whilst there remains a way to go we are confident we are on the right path to achieving a balanced leadership.
