Easy Read: About the Leaders' List

The Learning Disability and Autism Leaders' List is a collection of stories from people who have learning disabilities and/or autism.
The List shares lots of different types of achievements from lots of different people.
Anybody who has a learning disability and/or is anywhere on the autism spectrum is welcome on the List.
We want to see lots of different types of people so lots of people are represented.
We want to see lots of different types of achievements so we can celebrate together.
Everybody who enters or is nominated will receive an online certificate and picture.
They can show them to other people and use them to celebrate what they have done.
Before you enter the Leaders' List please talk with someone you trust.
If you are nominating somebody else please think about whether they would want their story to be shared if they won.
You can enter by completing one of the online forms.
There is a plain text and an easy read version of each form.
Each winner will have their own page on the Dimensions website.
Their stories will be published on Dimensions social media.
Dimensions will share some of the stories with the newspapers.
They might be asked to talk to journalists or other people about their stories.
This is good because it means more people with learning disabilities and/or autism will represent themselves in the news.
