Dimensions recognised as a 2022 UK’s Best Workplace for Women

We are pleased to announce that we have been accredited with the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2022, by Great Place to Work® UK!

The survey focused on our female colleagues’ workplace experiences and how well represented they are in the workforce and in management/leadership roles. They were pleased to find that female colleagues had a positive overall experience at work and there was a commitment from Dimensions to addressing gender equality issues and building a better future for women at work. Ranking Dimensions 26th out of 39 finalists in the super large organisations category.

The success, which comes hot on the heels of our accreditation as one of the UK’s 2022 best workplaces for wellbeing, and our accreditation as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute for a fourth year in a row. We’re proud to be able to add this new accolade to our achievements.
