Double-silver at the Recruitment Awards!

We are proud to have achieved Investors in Diversity awards, received Action on Hearing Loss and Louder than Words accreditation, and been recognised as Disability Confident Leaders. Being a truly inclusive, welcoming organisation is important to us.

In the latest Great Places to Work colleague survey, the questions relating to diversity were the highest scoring. Our colleagues feel able to be themselves and that they are valued not despite their diversity, but because of it.

So we’re thrilled to have this commitment recognised with a Silver  in the in-house Recruitment Awards, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Category. Pipped to the top spot by Pepsico!

Our second silver of the evening was awarded for our brand new Careers website. We’re pretty proud of this, as we think it really shows off all the great reasons to consider a career in social care. Why not explore it yourself?
