What Katie Did Next

Katie recently went to Benidorm, her first holiday abroad, with her support staff Karen and Sarah. She had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed her break!

This was Katie’s first time on a plane and she was understandably a little nervous. However, she linked arms with Karen & Sarah and confidently took her seat. Once up in the air she really enjoyed the flight, especially when she was invited into the cockpit by the air stewards. When the plane had landed she even had the chance to sit in the pilot’s seat.

Once in Benidorm Katie conquered one of her fears and paddled in the sea. She also enjoyed sipping a cocktail on the beach and had great fun on the lilo in the swimming pool.

In the evenings Katie joined in the entertainment, singing karaoke on the stage and dancing with the Abba tribute act. On the Film Quiz night Katie won a bottle of champagne by getting every answer right!

All in Katie had a fantastic holiday and is already planning her next holiday. Next time she fancies Greece!
