Preparing for your child’s transition to adulthood webinar

We are hosting a free webinar to help families whose child is leaving specialist education in the Summer of 2024 or 2025. The webinar will include helpful hints and tips from families who have recently been through the transition to adult social care life stage.
There is also the chance to:
- put questions to a panel of family experts
- find out about housing options
- different approaches to care and support
- practical issues such as arranging our loved one’s finances
- and what we need to know about the law.
The free online webinar will take place on Friday 16th June 2023, 10 am-12 noon.
