Statement about Cineworld and Picturehouse temporary closure

We are extremely sad to hear about the temporary closure of Cineworld and Picturehouse cinemas across the country. Cineworld and Picturehouse have been a brilliant partner for autism friendly screenings and have always been enthusiastic and proactive about doing more for their guests with autism.

We understand that guests to Cineworld and Picturehouse autism friendly screenings will be looking for alternative screenings to go to. We will keep you updated about our partner chains hosting autism friendly screenings so you can find one near you.

We also encourage you to let us know about independent cinemas in your area so we can ask them to take the free autism friendly cinema training. This is available at www.dimensions-uk.org/afstraining and is free and available for everyone.
