Winners at this year’s Talent Lab Awards!

We are thrilled that the Dimensions Group has won in the Best Assessment and Selection Strategy category at the 2025 Talent Lab Awards.

This achievement is thanks to our partnership with Cohesion and the introduction of Care Character – a values-based personality assessment tool designed specifically for the care sector.

Care Character was selected with diversity and accessibility in mind, making sure a fair and inclusive experience for our support worker applicants.
