We listen to you so we can find out what is working and what is not working with your support.
Every year we will ask you to tell us about the support you get from us. We do this through Easy Read questions.
This is called a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
You can meet with other people we support who live near you and talk about what’s important to you.
These are called Everybody Counts groups.
If you want to join an Everybody Counts group ask your manager.
You can also talk to someone from the Dimensions Council in your area.
Find out who is on the Dimensions Council in our Easy Read guide.
The Dimensions Council is a group of people who meet to make sure Dimensions knows about any problems or worries the people we support have.
You can also say what you think to the people who help run Dimensions at an Executive Team or Senior Manager forum.
You can also talk about any issues in your person-centred review.
A person-centred review is where you and people who are important to you tell us about your support.
If there is something you are not happy with we will work with you to change it.
