Reasonable adjustments are changes that can help more people use a service or place.

Reasonable adjustments can be different for everybody but some are the same.

These are some of the reasonable adjustments that can be made for everybody:
1. Make sure everyone can get around safely.

2. Turn down the lights and noises.

3. Give you a different waiting room to wait in.

5. Make sure there is enough space and a disabled toilet for people who use a wheelchair, walking aid or mobility scooter.
