The Care Quality Commission regulates all our Dimensions and Discovery registered services; including domiciliary care offices, residential care homes and respite services in England. In Wales, the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) fulfils this role.
CQC and CIW make sure social care services are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety. We’re proud to be transparent about our ratings and what we’re doing to continually develop and improve.

Discovery operates CQC registered care homes across Somerset including some respite/short breaks services. In many areas we also provide outreach, domiciliary, supported living and supported employment. Discovery is a wholly controlled subsidiary of Dimensions, with a local Board.
