We listen to you so we can find out what is working and what is not working with your support.
Every year we will ask you to tell us about the support you get from us. We do this through Easy Read questions.
This is called a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
You can meet with other people we support who live near you and talk about what’s important to you.
These are called Everybody Counts groups.
Everybody Counts meetings happen in different parts of the country.
Ask your manager about joining your local group.
You can also talk to someone from the Dimensions Council in your area.
The Dimensions Council is a group of people who speak up for all of the people that Dimensions supports.
Find out who is on the Dimensions Council in our Easy Read guide.
The Council uses the Social Care Charter to find out how well people are being supported. This is a list of things that makes sure people have choice and control over their lives.
If you join the council, you can stay on until people get another chance to say they want to be a member. This usually happens after two years.
The Council meets up five times a year and also once with the Dimensions board.
At least one person from the Dimensions Board goes to each Council meeting.
The Dimensions Board is a group of people who make important decisions about Dimensions. The Board checks that Dimensions is doing the things they should.
You can also say what you think to the people who help run Dimensions at an Executive Team or Senior Manager forum.
You can also talk about any issues in your person-centred review.
A person-centred review is where you and people who are important to you tell us about your support.
If there is something you are not happy with we will work with you to change it.
