It’s time to nominate your ROC stars!

Complete the short form below, email rocstars@dimensions-uk.org or request a call back to make your nominations. You can nominate as many people as you want as many times as you want. Remember, this form is always open.

What happens next?

We will be in touch with next steps. Everyone who is nominated will receive a celebration pack in the post and goes forward to be judged for the Change Maker award. All Change Makers are then put forward for the annual Ultimate ROC star award. This panel includes people with lived experience; our Quality Consultants.
