Safeguarding concerns

As an organisation supporting people with learning disabilities and autism we are committed to safeguarding people at risk.

We encourage all our colleagues and members of the public to raise any concern they have about the welfare and safety of people we support and anybody at risk of harm. You can do this by contacting us directly using our ‘Raising a concern’ form below, by contacting the police, your local authority or our chief regulator:

If you are a relative and want to raise a safeguarding concern or complaint, find out more on the Families section of our website.

If you are supported by Dimensions and want to raise a safeguarding concern, find out more on the Easy Read section of our website.

If you are a member of staff your line manager or regional HR Officer may be best placed to help with your concerns.

Alternatively if you want to make a complaint please see our ‘Making a complaint’ page.
